*** Please be aware, the best way to learn stand-up comedy is to do it.  Classes will help you greatly, but the only way to get better is to do it.  We like to use the analogy of golf.  If you want to be a better golfer, you need lessons.  But the only way to get better at golf is to apply those lessons.  And even Tiger Woods has a coach (INSERT GO-TO JOKES HERE).  So let us be your comedy coach and we guarantee you will be a better comedian because of our comedy class.***

 

Our classes are taught by working stand up comedians.

Joe Charles has been teaching comedy classes for over 5 years. He’s recently back from a USO tour, performing for the troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. You are welcome to contact the Mad House Comedy Club and find when Joe is performing next. Seeing is believing and Joe Charles is an amazing stand-up comedian.

 

THE DETAILS

 

·         There are 6 weeks of classes.

·         The classes are on a Sunday from 4pm – 530pm starting Sunday March  10th  and ending Sunday April 21st. (No class  Easter Sunday)

·         The graduation showcase at the Mad House Comedy Club will be scheduled collectively by the class participants.

·         We are located at the top floor of Horton Plaza right across from Nordstrom. Our exact address is 502 Horton Plaza, SD, CA 92101

·         The cost of the entire class is designed to be affordable at $200.00

You can pay for the class and ensure your spot by going to the calendar on the Mad House website www.madhousecomedyclub.com. Click on "Comedy Class sing-up" on the February 24th, 2013 and purchase your "ticket". Be sure to enter your corrrect email during the sign up process so we can communicate any date or time changes.
